In 2O18, in Redondo Beach, California, we planted the seeds of Same for You Corp® with a volunteer project. Our mission was to aid underprivileged families who struggle to access nourishing meals regularly. Every neighborhood harbors numerous food insecure households, while simultaneously wasting an abundance of excess food. Our vision was clear - to bridge the gap between those in need and the resources available, forging a path towards a better future.

As we conducted our research, we found a significant global issue: an excessive amount of food is being wasted, particularly in the United States. It's worth noting that every 1 pound of discarded food emits approximately 0.6 pounds of gasses that are harmful to the atmosphere. Our company is thrilled to be addressing multiple challenging problems simultaneously. However, our project coincided with the COVID-19 pandemic, which further highlighted the struggle for survival faced by small restaurants. If we can assist these establishments in selling a few additional discounted meals, it would not only benefit their bottom line but also contribute to our mission.
